3. Ordering & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, billing address mismatches, or inventory issues.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, digital payment platforms, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information provided is accurate and current.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be calculated and applied to orders shipped to addresses in applicable jurisdictions in accordance with U.S. tax law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

K'LOQUE Fashion & Style ships orders to addresses within the continental United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. K'LOQUE Fashion & Style is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the carrier or once the package has reached the destination address. We recommend selecting a signature confirmation service for high-value orders.

If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@kloque.shop with your order number and tracking information, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items purchased from K'LOQUE Fashion & Style may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@kloque.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within ten (10) days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.
