Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. K'LOQUE Fashion & Style is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Original tags must be attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Sale, clearance, personalized, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
